Illinois Anti-Harassment Training Toolkit

Download the Toolkit Here

As of January 1, 2020, all employers in Illinois must provide annual employee training on workplace sexual harassment prevention. In addition, as of July 1, 2020, all provisions of the Illinois Human Rights Act (IHRA) apply to every employer in the state, regardless of size (previously, the law applied only to those with 15 or more employees).

As part of our mission to help educate, advocate and protect our clients and their employees, Troxell provides free resources to help employers deliver anti-harassment training to their employees, managers, and supervisors. Troxell's anti-harassment training toolkit includes a video training for employees and/or employers, a quiz, acknowledgement form, and a PowerPoint presentation for employers to do their own training, if preferred.

These resources provide your company with compliant resources to help you train your team on the prevention of sexual harassment. We recommend providing anti-harassment training as part of your onboarding process and annually during your Open Enrollment season.

If you would like help with sending these materials or presenting to your staff, feel free to reach out to
